Zbardhen vendimet që do miratojë Kryesia e Partisë Demokratike

The Democratic Party of Albania will call today its executive where several decisions will be taken. The party executive has decided to call the Democrat National Convent on July 17, as well as holding elections for the new National Council.

The executive members will also discuss and analyze what happened in the April 25 parliamentary election, which has been considered as an “electoral massacre” by the opposition’s biggest party.

The decision expected to be taken today:

I. Calling a meeting of the Democratic Party National Convent on Saturday, July 17 2021, at 11:00.

II. Agenda of the National Convent meeting is as following:

1. Informing the Democrat National Convent on the analysis of the electoral massacre of April 25, 2021, and defining the main guidelines of the politic strategy of the Democratic Party in its role and responsibility as champion of democracy, fundamental human rights, and restore of legitimacy to the democratic institutions.

2. Considering the possibilities for changes in the Statute of the Democratic Party of Albania, in the function of enhancing the efficiency of the party organs or the further democratization of the way of the functioning of the party structures.

3. Election of the National Council of the Democratic Party.
