Albanian attorney at law Enida Sena, invited on Çim Peka LIVE on Syri TV said the economic cooperation between the governments of Albania and the United Arab Emirates is a violation the sovereignty. Based on the agreement celebrated at the top Dubai restaurant Nusret, a private Arab company will be given assets of the country in Durrës, Vlora, Saranda, and Përmet.

“The December 3 agreement lacks transparence. This is why there is reasonable doubt that the intention was to give Albanian assets to a private subject via an invented procedure”, she said.

“Our law is clear in details on how these contracts must be given and how the projects must be realized. All must be based on a transparent agreement”.

“The way the agreement was prepared is totally unclear because it is not only a violation of our sovereignty, but it is also an abuse of the right of making laws”, the attorney said.
