In the Municipality of Përmet, the Commune of Çarshova that is inhabited by Albanians of Orthodox Christian faith, results to be a Greek minority area. The same applies to Biovizhd, also a commune in the Municipality of Përmet.

In the Municipality of Saranda, Greece recognizes as minorities the inhabitants of the village of Metoq, which has an overwhelming majority of Albanians, while the presence of the Greek minority is very small.

As minorities result also the inhabitants of the villages Narta and Zvërnec in the County of Vlora, which are inhabited only by Albanians of the Orthodox Christian faith.

In the Municipality of Konispol, the village of Tzare inhabited of Orthodox Albanians and Chams turns out to be also a Greek minority area, as does the village Çiflig, with the same majority of inhabitants.

In the municipality of Gjirokastra and the commune of Odrie, the village Andon Poçi results as minority area, despite being Wallachian and having declared not to be Greek. The same for the village Shkalë in Konispol, inhabited mostly by Wallachians.

These Albanian villages declared as Greek minority villages with the signature of Edi Rama have been published on the official website of the Greek government.
