Albanian journalist Desada Metaj commented the latest developments in the country for A Show on Syri TV.

Asked about the third visit of Premier Edi Rama to the family of the late Klodian Rasha, Metaj said she would prefer not to comment too much.

“In my opinion, that family is in so much pain. To me, the Prime Minister’s moves seemed, if not chaotic, unclear to cover what cannot be covered”, she said.

“The propaganda is widespread, like a virus, and it has started to spread ever since 2013. Truth and facts are the vaccines against this propaganda. Events are taking place like under the cruelest communist regime somehow: the government tries to control the narrative. But the facts cannot be covered”.

Metaj added the protest was a youth movement. She made irony saying they were 10 year old in 2013, when the Renaissance rose to power and have “enjoyed” the achievements of this government, from the 300 thousand news jobs to the free healthcare.
