Shkodra Mayor Voltana Ademi has filed a complaint in the Prosecution Office against the directors of State Police for abuse of duty today during the protest, when the seat of the Socialist Party local branch was vandalized.

“The citizens must know that when several youths, unknown to and unsupported by the other protesters, headed to the Socialist Party seat I notified the highest authorities of Shkodra Police Department. Police did nothing while watching the violation of the building. They did not respond to the appeal to defend the public order and safety”, she said in her complaint.
