Albanian Premier Edi Rama pointed his finger immediately at President Ilir Meta and former premier Sali Berisha as soon as the protest in Shkodra that started peaceful turned into violent and aggravated into destroying and burning the seat of the Socialist Party local branch.

Rama tweeted that according to Meta the police should not react but leave Tirana at the violence mercy.

“according to Ilir Meta, the police should not react but deliver Tirana and themselves to the hands of the blind violators, so that he and Sali make Luli a groom of the power and Monika the state’s cashier, like in the golden days of their co-governance with bullets against the protesters”, Rama tweeted.

"Ilir and Sali must forget they can return Albania back for their mess and no matter how many dreams Luli is dreaming with a spoon in his hand waiting for Monika’s dishes, Albania will go forward, with efforts and sacrifices, to become what its children want”.
