Former Socialist Party MP Taulant Dedja calls Premier Edi Rama a loser, and bastard offspring of Bllok (the off-limits residential area of the communist leaders in Tirana during the dictatorship), and challenges him to take a shortcut and appoint Speaker Gramoz Ruçi as the new Minister of the Interior until the elections. Gramoz Ruçi was an interior vice minister before the communism collapsed and later Interior Minister in the first months of political pluralism in 1991, responsible for the murder from police of four young protesters on April 2 1991 in Shkodra.

“Edi Rama, take a shortcut, since you do also the foreign minister, and ask Gramoz to do the Interior Minister too until the elections. Like that you can put a lid on your mission, you loser bastard nephew of  the Bllok”, Dedja wrote, referring to Rama’s maternal uncle Spiro Koleka, a member of the communist party Politbureau and high functionary of the communist regime.
