Albanian Premier Edi Rama met today Italian Foreign Minister Luigi Di Maio who is paying a visit tp Albania.

After thanking Di Maio for the support to Albania after the earthquake of November 26, 2019 and during the coronavirus pandemic, Rama spoke about the vaccine against Covid-19 which is expected to be delivered in the coming weeks.

“I’d like to thank the Minister for his readiness and openness concerning the delivery of the new vaccine, for which the whole world is moving and the countries are creating partnerships. Italy is close to us, as is EU close to the Western Balkans, so that the region countries not remain behind in securing the vaccine”, Rama said.
