Albanian President Ilir Meta addressed publicly to Edi Rama’s government and the citizens today concerning the serious coronavirus crisis in the country. The virus is spreading fast and Meta said the government and the citizenry must have a closer cooperation to face the situation.

The President urged the government to raise the number of tests and increase the budget for the healthcare system. He added that every citizen that is taking cures at home must be refunded from the state.

Meta also advised the citizens to wear masks, hoping that joint efforts will help in the battle against Covid-19 which has seen a significant increase.
