The Democratic Party has been working for two years with the best domestic and foreign experts to draw a political and economic program that will help the country out of the economic abyss, chairman Lulzim Basha said last night on the Opinion TV show on TV Klan. Basha said the concessions of Edi Rama’s government will be subjected to an administrative investigation, whereas the abusers of the public money will be investigated under the anti-mafia law. He promised a tax equal to 0.5% of the annual income for the small business, eliminating every other taxation, including the local ones.

The opposition chief excluded any possibility of co-governance with Rama – like they did before the 2017 general elections – saying that the Prime Minister wants the power to be able to steal, adding he will be held accountable criminally for that after going to opposition.
