Democratic Party Chairman Lulzim Basha showed indignation after the latest report of the European Chamber that classifies Albania as one the three bottom countries in Europe concerning the conditions to do business.

“EuCham’s latest report that lists Albania in the bottom three to do business in Europe confirms clearly that the government has failed. The crisis today has grabbed every link of the economy. With Rama, Albania became one of the most corrupt countries, with the highest taxes the region, less attractive to investments”, Basha tweeted.

“The country today needs a new economic model, with low taxes, support for the entrepreneurship, stimulation for the investments and businesses that create jobs. With our plan we’ll have a flat tax of 9%, will fight corruption and unfair competition, will give new breath to economy to attract investments, jobs possibilities and better lives for all the citizens”.
