Albanian police responded violently in the noon today to tens of persons that gathered in the Scanderbeg square in Tirana to protest against the restrictive measures of the government.

The protesters demanded the ease of restrictions that government imposed to fight the spread of the coronavirus, and the restart of the normal life.

The police intervened brutalizing the citizens in the rally and took several of them in custody.
