Albanian Minister of Finances and Economy Anila Denaj said today 50 thousand persons have lost their jobs as a consequence of the coronavirus pandemic and the number may go higher.

Speaking for Report Tv, she said the businesses may cut jobs even after they reopen shops once the pandemic is over.

The minister added training courses may be offered to the unemployed to help them adapt in order to get employed in other businesses in need of working force but have other job characteristics from their previous ones.
