Democratic Party Chairman Lulzim Basha has ignored Premier Edi Rama’s verbal attacks against him and has called for help for the Valley of Presevo, where thousands of Albanian ethnics live.

“The Valley of Presevo is facing the consequences of COVID-19. Considering their peculiar circumstances, I’d like to appeal to the government to offer health care through medical personnel. The aid to our brothers and sisters there is a national and constitutional obligation”, Basha tweeted.
