Edi Rama posted a few pictures showing a high density of people in the streets and shops, which is caused mainly by his decision to set schedules for buying the necessities, threatening that as off Monday arrests and jail time will be imposed to punish the violators of the curfew.

“The army and the municipal police will create immediately the sanitary cordons in the markets. The state police will punish the offenders with new punishment measures”, Rama wrote.

“The new punishment measures will have become law by Monday and the stubborn ones will pay with jail!”

“Tirana is the most dangerous hot spot. Durrës, just like Tirana, may turn into our Waterloo. Shkodra is now a time bomb. Fier is a huge potential danger. We may lose our earned advantage anywhere if we do like our national football team that looks like winning in the first half and then… Forget it, we won’t lose this war because of those that have no mind and guts to fight like the entire Albanian people”.
