Albanian MP Adriatik Alimadhi is infected by coronavirus and is in intensive care in the hospital, but the bad news have kept going for him.

Alimadhi was the head of the parliamentary group of the right wing parties in the Albanian parliament, but the group has decided to dismiss him and appoint another chairman.

The group has also changed his name to “Demokraci dhe Drejtësi” (Democracy and Justice) and has elected MP Edmond Stojku as its chairman. Deputies from Alimadhi's parliamentary group have become members of the new group.

MP Stojku participated in the meeting of the Conference of the Chairpersons as the chairman of the new group.
