Albania’s Special Anti-corruption Prosecution Office (SPAK) has started an inquiry over the Mayor of Bulqiza, Lefter Alla, after the Premier Edi Rama’s man has been caught on video while taking cocaine.
The newly founded prosecution office that is expected to boost the fight against corruption has opened the case and has requested extra materials for the video that appeared in the ABC News.
Alla said he will press charges against former Democratic Party MP Ervin Salianji for the publication of the video despite it has been made public by beat journalist Artan Hoxha.
