Kosovo’s incumbent Premier Ramush Haradinaj said in an interview with SYRI TV he cannot understand why Albanian Premier Edi Rama is nervous and insults him.

“It’s difficult to go to the core of why Premier Edi Rama is nervous or why he uses an offensive vocabulary, but it is important to explain that Kosovo has a bilateral policy with Serbia. We have an offer to Serbia for the recognition, which includes the removal of the tariff (imposed on imported Serbian goods). The idea of mini-Schengen, i.e. the free circulation of goods would also imply the removal of the tariff”, Haradinaj said.

Haradinaj added Albania has benefitted from the tariff imposed on Serbian goods, because it has increased exports to Kosovo. The Prime Minister also said the toll on the freeway joining Albania with Kosovo must be removed.
