A strong explosion occurred in the morning today at the office of the Mayor of Lushnja, Fatos Tushe, leaving him injured but not in danger for his life.

The Mayor was immediately sent to the local hospital where he is under medical care.

Tushe’s secretary Erisa Qalliu was also injured by the explosion.
