Albanian journalists and reporters are protesting today outside the parliament against the censorship legislation that the government will pass today.

While it is expected the parliament will pass the so-called anti-defamation package, media members are in protest.

Organizations of civil society, human rights, and journalist organization have appealed to the government to withdraw the legislation.

They noted in case the parliament passes the law against the requests from the European Commission, the battle will continue till cancelation of every anti-democratic and anti-European tendency.
