Kosovo Foreign Minister Behgjet Pacolli has announced he has declared as persona non-grata the Austrian author Peter Handke, winner of the Nobel Prize in literature.

Pacolli wrote the decision was taken considering Handke’s denial of the crimes committed by the regime of Slobodan Milosevic.

“Today I decided to declare Peter Handke non grata and unwelcome in Kosovo. From today he is a persona non grata. The denial of crimes and support of criminals is a terrible crime”, Pacolli wrote.
