The General Prosecution Office led by the temporary General Prosecutor Arta Marku has decided to charge Democratic Party chairman Lulzim Basha with falsification of seals, stamps, and forms.
The investigative dossier has been transferred to a court of law yesterday while the news was published today by one of Rama’s controlled media.
The original inquiry started by the prosecution over alleged Russian lobbying has turned into an accusation that has nothing in common with the original.
The prosecution could not find evidence to prove the accusations made by Premier Edi Rama and his Socialist majority that prompted the start of the inquiry.
