Former Albanian President Bujar Nishani dubbed as “incriminated” the prosecutor of Durrës district Arjan Ndoj who was shot and wounded last Friday. Another person in the prosecutor’s car and his chauffeur were also hit, with the later passing away on Thursday.
Nishani, now Chairman of the National Council of the Democratic Party (PD) said Premier Edi Rama has had information on Ndoj’s profile but never filed a complaint.
"The Prime Minister possessed information that this prosecutor is incriminated and at crime’s service. How is it possible that a Prime Minister has the information and the mechanisms to solve it, he know the prosecutor has links to crime and serves to crime and never files a criminal suit against him?”, Nishani asked.
“The Prime Minister and the President of the Republic receive every information about such individuals, prosecutors or judges that may be connected to crime”.
So far, only one person has been arrested in relation to the armed attack, Redjan Rraja, a relative of the Socialist Party MP Rrahman Rraja.
