Former Albanian Premier Sali Berisha published today a video dated June 27, 2018, showing Premier Edi Rama announcing triumphantly the opening of accession negotiations with the European Union.,
“Deception is the main weapon of the head of Medusa and his narco-state”, Berisha wrote. “One year ago he celebrated the opening of the negotiations to deceive the citizens”.
The video footage shows the ridiculous scene of a ceremony held in June last year, when Rama, after tarnishing the opposition, said: “Albania was given the date of the official beginning of the membership negotiations”.
As if it wasn’t enough, Rama decorated the Albanian ambassadors accredited in the very countries that denied the opening of the negotiations to Albania.
“The opening of the negotiations is set after 12 months”, Rama said. “In the end, I’d like to add a special thanking to four persons, two ladies and two men, the Medal of Gratitude of the Prime Minister to our Ambassador in the Netherlands Andia Sakiqi, to Ambassador Suela Janina, Ambassador Kuko and Ambassador Tola”.
