Democratic Party chairman Lulzim Basha said today the Albanian parliament is performing a huge robbery, the biggest of them all, with two road concessions, Orikum–Dukat and Milot – Balldren. Basha warned the MPs that everyone that votes pro the bill will be a subject to the anti-mafia law.

“The President’s Decree for the return of these two corruptive contracts is being rejected by the goats and sheep of the illegitimate parliament. This is a robbery made legitimate by law. That’s why I’d like to warn everyone that is becoming part of it: Every cent, every asset and property of yours will pass under the zoom of anti-mafia and SPAK (the Special Anti Corruption Prosecution Office).
