The only solution is the elections. Without elections there is no democracy. Without democracy there is no independent judiciary. Without both there is no rights and economy for all Albanians. Neither punishment for the politicians!
Nonsolution serves only to the minority that does not acknowledge rotation and does not want the opening of the EU accession negotiations with Albania, because it would lead to the gradual loss of the illegitimate politic, economic, and mediatic power.
