The Albanian Central Electoral Commission (KQZ) has been caught in an authentic scandalous act, following its earlier rejection of the President Ilir Meta’s Decree for the postponement of the local elections programmed for today.

KQZ was caught in flagrance counting the votes of the today’s election when the voting started only a few hours ago and the closing time is at 19:00.

KQZ has published the result in its website, removing it later but not quickly enough to avoid being captured violating the law again.
