Pjerin Ndreu, a former Member of the Parliament and currently the Socialist Party mayoral candidate for the municipality of Lezhë appears in one of the interceptions proving the elections rigging, published today by the German daily Bild.
Ndreu calls the director of the Directorate of Educationin Dibër, Drini Gjeçi, and tells him to call the director of the school of Reç and pressure him to declare openly his vote for the Socialist Party.
