Head of the OSCE Presence in Albania Bernd Borchardt has been caught on camera as he walks in a pensive mood without being aware of the red traffic light.

Borchardt has been in the middle of a lot of controversy around him and haw drawn a lot of critics on account of his open pro-government position and against the opposition action.

In the picture obtained by Syri.net, Mr. Borchardt is seen crossing a road in the center of Tirana while the traffic light for pedestrians is red, putting himself in a potential danger.

Hopefully Tirana’s Mayor Erion Veliaj will put at Mr. Borchard’s disposal some members of the municipal police to help the OSCE Ambassador cross the road until he understands Albania is not a banana republic where you can go against the rules… especially the road circulation ones.
