Former Minister of Justice Ylli Manjani has commented the threats made by Premier Edi Rama to anyone from the opposition representatives or the citizens should they try to stop the electoral process of June 30.

Manjani wrote the Ruler’s lust to erase the opposition and anyone who thinks differently should be stopped.

“The Prime Minister and his spokespersons yell every day: The opposition will be jailed”.

“In a Constitutional Republic, where the powers are separated, the ruling and declaration of who is jailed and who is not is given by an independent court, not by the government. The constitutional duties that are given to the courts of law are not alterable, i.e., no other power can carry them out. However, the successors of communism know only what Enver (Hoxha) did. The party would announce one’s arrest, the Sigurimi (secret police) would make the executor. The court gave the sentence”.

“The current Ruler’s frenetic lust to erase the opposition and anyone who thinks differently should be stopped. It’s better now than later, when it would be too late”.
