Albanian Premier Edi Rama and Kosovo Premier Ramush Haradinaj continue to hold a grudge against each other after their argument in the Summit of Berlin. The governments of Albania and Kosovo will hold a joint meeting in Tirana today but both Prime Ministers will be missing.

The meeting will be chaired by the respective deputy Prime Ministers, Erion Braçe and Fatmir Limaj. This is the second joint meeting of the two governments where they will discuss about the agreements signed on November 26, 2018.

Ramush Haradinaj accused Rama and Kosovo President Hashim Thaçi of having exercised pressure on him more than Serbian President Thaçi to remove the tax on the Serbian goods during the Summit of Berlin, in the presence of French President Macron and German Chancellor Merkel.

Rama responded saying Haradinaj was lying, with Kosovo Premier saying he had witnesses that could confirm his version of events.
