Albanian Premier Edi Rama has invited three times the opposition for negotiations in the 48 hours following the Saturday’s protest.

He appeared “open to dialogue” in the press conference on Sunday where he look wrecked and scared, repeated it last night after all the Western embassies officially asked him to do so and will do the same thing today at 13:00.

“At 13:00 with the media reporters, after the registration of our candidates for 61 municipalities and the lists for municipal councilpersons for the new term of municipal governance. It’s time for the electoral campaign of June 30 and for the continuance of efforts for dialogue with the self-expulsed from the elections”, Rama tweeted.

It’s the same situation as with the students’ protest, similar in the ways how Rama backed off after seeing there are tens of thousands of citizens – students included – against him.
