Former minister of Justice in the ruling coalition of the Socialist Party and the Socialist Movement for Integration Ylli Manjani said he has never seen that many people to demonstrate their disapproval of the government in a protest rally.

He appealed to Albanian Premier Edi Rama to dissolve the parliament and send the country to earlier general elections.

“The country needs a date of political elections. If he thinks he really is that strong, Edi Rama should dissolve that wicked parliament and conduct new elections. Even more so if he is convinced he’ll win. There’s no reason for him to be afraid”, Manjani wrote on his Facebook page after the today’s rally.
