Democratic Party chairman Lulzim Basha, in the name of the united opposition, thanked all the Albanian citizens that joined the rally today in Tirana. The rally ended after several hours of protests and tension in front of the prime ministry seat. Basha promised the protest will continue till Edi Rama’s removal from power and appealed to the citizens to join the future protest next Thursday at the parliament.
“Everyone witnessed today the strength of the united citizens, determined not to accept any more a Prime Minister and a government that have been caught in the act of stealing”, Basha said.
“Let us all promise this uprising will continue up to Rama’s removal”.
