The Democratic Party of Albania (PD) accused Premier Edi Rama of being the only person in the country who is interested in the occurrence of violence in the protest rally of February 16.
Secretary General of PD, Gazmend Bardhi, said the opposition has never encouraged the violence.
“There is a person linked to crime that is interested in and prepared for violence. His name is Edi Rama”, Bardhi said.
“Only the people will decide the place of protest, not the Prime Minister that has lost all his appeal in the eyes of the Albanian citizens and the international partners”.
“Edi Rama and his Political Police know the countdown has started and nothing can hold the people. United we’ll join the rally to free the country from the evil”.
