Albanian President Ilir Meta has greeted the ratification of the Prespa Agreement from the Greek Parliament which dissolved the naming dispute between Greece and Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, from now on the North Macedonia.

Meta said this is a historic achievement for the European and Euro-Atlantic perspective of the region.

“The Ratification of the Prespa Agreement from the Greek Parliament too is a great news for the bilateral relationship with the North Macedonia and for the European and Euro-Atlantic perspective of our region. Congratulations for the historic achievement”, President Meta said.
