Albanian President Ilir Meta responded to Premier Edi Rama’s threats of a confrontation in the new Constitutional Court over Meta’s refusal to decree the dismissal of Foreign Minister Ditmir Bushati within the constitutional deadline and the appointment of the candidate Gent Cakaj.

Rama assumed the position of the Foreign Minister, tweeting he has no time to lose “searching for the President”.

Meta responded on his Facebook page, writing he is doing his job properly.
