Albanian Premier Edi Rama has attacked again President Ilir Meta after the later wrote today “the Ministry for Europe and the Foreign Affairs is not a driving school for the teacher to teach a genius’. Earlier this week, Meta refused to decree Gent Cakaj in the post of the Minister for Europe and the Foreign Affairs, starting a new feud between him and Rama.
The Prime Minister responded to Meta’s post on Facebook with a tweet calling Meta an abductor of the President’s Office, adding the new Constitutional Court will solve the stalemate.
“Do not expect me to deal again with an abductor of the Constitution in the President’s Office who has fallen to the level of the spare boots of the Doctor of Sciences”, Rama tweeted, referring to Meta’s wife Monika Kryemadhi, the chairwoman of the Socialist Movement for Integration, which a few months back threw her boot to Rama in the parliament.
“The new Constitutional Court will give an end to this masquerade, whereas all our attention will be on the people and zero on the boots”.
