Deputy Chairman of the Democratic Party (PD) Edi Paloka has expressed his irritation over the recent behavior of Edi Rama and has called on the Albanian Premier to step down from his post, because his government will only make things worse for Albanians.

“Neither the changes of puppets in the ministers’ chairs, nor the bought media or the shows on television can hide the catastrophic reality where Rama and his government has brought the country”, Paloka writes on his Facebook page today.

“Today I listened to the latest ‘argument’ that shows how shameless and hopeless the Prime Minister is. ‘A new government will start to steal from the beginning, so it’s better to keep this one’. This is the latest propagandistic ‘revelation’ from the media under Rama’s and Veliaj’s control”.

“However, Rama is the most flagrant example of how a thief is never fed up. He’s been in power for twenty years, more than any other politician, and he’s never stopped stealing and lying. The only things that changed have been the ways of manipulations to stay in power”.

Paloka called on people to stop being deceived and said a change is completely possible, adding “the majority of Albanians have understood that any other government is better than Rama’s”.
