Albanian Premier Edi Rama appeared before media reporters today to announce the government had taken a number of decisions, including some for the financial support for students of several categories.

He said the state will pay 50% of tuition fees for the students, but the payment will be for this year only, because the students will lose all support and will pay full fees unless they take 10, which is the highest grade, in all their exams.
