The residents of Astir area in Tirana are confronting with the police forces that are protecting the city hall workers which are removing the street lights. Everything is taking place in the middle of intense rain showers and heavy traffic.

Syri.net’s reporter at the place Ermal Rizaj said the residents have warned the city hall workers not to remove the street lamps, while some of them have even called on the workers to join the protest.

Democrat MP Klevis Balliu is present in the area and is communicating with the police and city hall workers.
