Democratic Party chairman Lulzim Basha commented the state budget for the year 2019 which saying it is “the worst” in 25 years. Basha was speaking in a meeting of the opposition while the majority was discussing the next year’s package in the parliament.

The opposition invited representatives of businesses, experts, groups of interest in the discussion about the budget, with the aim of making transparence about “the most disastrous budget of the last 25 years”.

“The €1 billion project is the most corruptive project in the Balkans, Basha said, adding it offers 15 concessions to the oligarchs.

“The debt has increased; there is a terrible bill for the debt and fiscal environment”.
