Head of the parliamentary group of the Socialist Movement for Integration (LSI) Petrit Vasili said the construction of Tirana’s new city ring is one of the scariest robberies.

Vasili said the construction of the road in normal circumstances would cost only €10 million instead of €40 million for 2.2 kilometers.

He pointed out such robbery schemes occur because there is no international competition, adding that such a short segment has been divided in three parts for as many companies, with the only intention of stealing money.
