The Albanian government has set another dark record in the construction of roads and open robbery of the taxpayers’ money. One road segment in Tirana will cost €19 million and the contract for its construction has been to the Ave Consulting company owned by Arben Dervishi.

The chief of Department of Environment in the Democratic Party, Jarmarbër Malltezi, said Ave Consulting is the company that disburses money for the account of Linda Rama, wife of the Albanian Premier Edi Rama, and Artan Lame.

“The cost of €19 million per km is twice the cost per kilometer of the Nation’s Road that had tens of kilometers of tunnels and bridges. €18 million will be grabbed by Rama and zero will go to the residents”, Malltezi writes on his Facebook page today.

“Ave Consulting is the company of Arben Dervishi that disburses money for the accounts of Linda Rama and Artan Lame. Lame gave him $640.000 to make pictures of illegitimate constructions fort 83 days, equal to $ 8000 a day”.
