Albanian Premier Edi Rama and Tirana Mayor Erion Veliaj, whom he calls Bro Garbage, have changed the approved project for the construction of the new city ring in order to make it pass close to the private constructions of government officials and drugs traffickers. This is the accusation made by former Premier Sali Berisha today, who said the road will be wider than originally planned just for the abovementioned purpouse.

“The bandits of Bro Garbage have removed power pillars and have left businesses on the Astir area without electric power. Edi Rama and Bro Garbage have changed the project, they have widened the ring road from 27 meters to 63 meters and the sidewalk of one side from 11 meters to 33 meters, to make it close to the buildings of the traffickers and the government officials”, Berisha wrote on his Facebook page today.
