Former minister of justice Gazmend Bardhi said in a joint press conference with his fellow Democrat MP Enkelejd Alibeaj the government structures are making efforts to hide the truth about the wiretapped conversation of Interior Minister Fatmir Xhafaj’s brother, Agron Xhafaj.

Bardhi said the investigation wasn’t conducted from the Prosecution Office but from the subordinates of Xhafaj in the State Police, calling it “a Mafioso act”.

“The samples of Agron Xhafaj’s voice have been taken from his brother’s subordinates”, Bardhi said.
