Interior Minister Fatmir Xhafaj refused to answer to questions about the fake witness Fredi Alizoi for the case of his brother’s wiretapped conversation.

Xhafaj appeared before media reporters for a joint declaration with the vice president of German Federal Criminal Police Office, Peter Henzler, but did not respond to the only question that has caused many debates in the recent days.

“This is an issues that belongs to justice and I have the necessary political, institutional and legal culture to respect at any moment the justice authorities and their decisions”, Xhafaj said.
