Kosovo Premier Ramush Haradinaj said there will be no land swap between Kosovo and Serbia. Haradinaj made his statement to media reporters little before the extraordinary parliamentary session for the approval of the negotiating team for the dialogue with Serbia, adding that the opposition had to be present in the parliament room.

Head of the parliamentary group of Lidhja Demokratike (the Democratic League), Avdullah Hoti, rejected participation, saying they will not allow anyone to play with Kosovo’s territory.

“They should have come, this is not a solution”, Haradinaj said. “We are working to consolidate Kosovo. There will be no land swaps, no redrawing of borders. Kosovo must sit at the negotiations table, let’s vote the delegation”.
