Democrat deputy Jorida Tabaku accused Premier Edi Rama of making a show in the London Summit where Albania committed to offer transparency for the concessions and Private Public Partnerships.

Tabaku said has committed do make possible the functioning of competition in the Albanian markets, but as a matter of fact he has based his governing system on corruption.

She said race and competition cannot exist when all concessions are being given with unrequested offer. Tabaku, a vice chairwoman of the parliamentary committee of economy said the government is lying to the Albanians for its commitment to find the source of financing the projects of PPP and concessions, saying it is dirty money coming from shell companies involved in money laundering.
