The Democratic Party has accused the temporary General Prosecutor Arta Marku of “politic dependence” from Albanian Premier Edi Rama, following her silence after the evidence of the illegitimate arrests of the protesters from Kukës, in northeast of the country.
"24 hours after the publication of footage that proves the manipulation of the evidence by the prosecution and police for the illegitimate arrests of 23 protesters from Kukës, the temporary General Prosetor is proving with her silence the injustice and her political dependence from Edi Rama”, Democrat MP Gent Strazimiri said today.
"As it is seen in the video images, the citizens have been arrested at 3 in the morning, not at 10 a.m. as it is written in the process-verbal falsified in collaboration between the police and the prosecution”.
“That proves clearly and incontestably that the Prosecution manipulated under Edi Rama’s politic orders and for his interests. After the video became public, no one was arrested or detained, no one was even under investigation”.

Nuk eshte se druam domosdoshmerisht PD- ne ne pushtet, por ju jeni tani shpresa e vetme te shpetoni vendin.Basha nuk duhej te ishte ne Gjermani sot duke i bere makiazhin Rames, por duhej te ishte ngujuar para gjykates( nuk jam e sigurt se ku ne Tirane apo Kukes?) per te ndihmuar ata te pafajshem.
